We are currently in search of a Lead Java OpenShift Engineer to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and maintenance of applications utilizing Java 11 and Spring Boot.
  • Expertise in creating RESTful API-based web applications on Red Hat platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microservices architecture on OpenShift, GKE, and Cloud Endpoints.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as AMQ and MQTT.
  • Support for business logic, data flow, and integration services using Java.
  • Development of all CRUD operations and associated business logic.
  • Provide deployment support and comprehensive documentation.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of application functionality and architecture.
  • Encourage open communication within teams and across departments.
  • Assist in minor design modifications and troubleshooting in collaboration with front-end and back-end teams.
  • Offer technical leadership and guidance to team members in resolving issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in web application development using Java.
  • Proven experience in building applications with Java 11 and above on Red Hat.
  • Familiarity with AMQ, MQTT, and OpenShift (preferably possessing at least two of these skills).
  • Experience in integrating front-end and back-end services.
  • Knowledge of Drools and SQL Server is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and capability in business logic design.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Understanding of web and mobile application support utilizing Java 11 and higher.
  • A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
