Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Stars for Life Childcare Education Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator will assist in the daily operations of our childcare centre, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of programs for children aged 0-12 years
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment for children, including supervision and care during meals, rest periods, and outdoor activities
  • Assist in the preparation of snacks and meals for children
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts
  • Observe children and report any concerns to the supervisor or parents
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the childcare centre
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a childcare setting
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
