Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at SKM Hotels Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and clean floors, and maintain the overall cleanliness of hotel rooms.
  • Laundry and Linens: Wash, dry, and fold laundry, and restock linens and towels.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
