About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at ALMAC MOTOR HOTEL. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dust and polish furniture to ensure a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Vacuum and clean all floors, carpets, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Provide basic information on hotel facilities and services to our guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bend, crouch, and kneel to perform cleaning tasks and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • Permanent employment with a stable and growing company.
  • English language proficiency is required for communication with guests and colleagues.
  • 35 hours per week of work to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
