About the Role

**Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator - Hybrid

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our Global Event Management System (GEMS) team in Scotiabank's Global Technology Enterprise Platforms (GTEP) - Operations and Engineering - Tools & Monitoring department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure ServiceNow applications and processes to support IT Operations Management solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior team members
  • Develop scripts and business rules to automate event analysis and alert assignment
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow features and best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions
  • Excellent technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
