Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, including estimation, project planning, and management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal project performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Technical education in Engineering and/or related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in welding, fabrication, or CNC machining.
- Strong knowledge of estimating and project planning principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
