Role Overview: The Inventory Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory forecasting cycles, providing financial guidance and expertise regarding the processes and policies that govern inventory management. This role emphasizes collaboration across various functions, supports Operations Brand Teams for select products, and drives enhancements in inventory consolidation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global inventory reporting cycles and manage necessary templates (Actuals and LBE), incorporating review modifications from both financial and operational management.
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive presentation materials for monthly management reporting, focusing on topics such as unapproved inventory, inventory reserves, and distressed inventory.
  • Promote inventory governance through adherence to established policies and standardization of inventory processes.
  • Enhance data integrity by developing robust and agile reporting mechanisms and simplifying processes.
  • Facilitate inventory automation by advancing technological capabilities and functionality improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights on inventory holdings to global business partners.
  • Engage in Brand Team meetings to gain insights into key products and business dynamics that may influence inventory balances.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA is advantageous.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
