Job Summary

PASWAL TRANSPORT LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Accurately manage and maintain time sheets, payroll, and other summaries to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and maintain work records and logs to optimize vehicle performance.
  • Personnel Management: Monitor personnel workloads and locations, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to urgent calls from individuals in life-threatening situations.
  • Communication: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
