Job Summary

Treasure Transport Inc. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials over long distances.
  • Load and unload goods at designated locations, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate transportation schedules and routes.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including hours worked and miles driven.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 1 or A Driver's License.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 50 hours per week. The work environment is primarily outdoors, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions.

Language

The primary language of communication is English.
