Drive Game Development as an Associate Design Producer

As an Associate Design Producer at Ubisoft Entertainment, you will play a key role in driving the development of a specific part of a game. Your area of focus could be a component like animation, level design, gameplay, world, or a combination of a few.

Through careful planning, follow-through, and oversight, you will ensure that development stays on pace, focusing on the right things and pivoting when necessary.

You will work closely with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements, communicating them across the production floor. Your responsibilities will include establishing the scope of your area of focus, creating a long-term roadmap and schedule, defining deliverables, quality targets, and key milestones, and developing strategies and budgets.

You will also put everything in place to pave the way for production, developing workflows and pipelines, and implementing means to facilitate interaction between colleagues. Anticipating risks and putting plans of action in place to overcome them will be essential to your success.

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in production or project management in the video game industry (or other relevant experience)
  • Flexibility to adapt to a range of situations and navigate interdependencies
  • Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • An attentive, collaborative, and innovative spirit
  • A people-oriented approach, prioritizing results while considering the dedicated people behind them
