Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Analyst to enhance our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. This role is pivotal in managing project files and ensuring compliance with land and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining project files within our database
- Conducting thorough land title and corporate searches
- Drafting surface legal documents and related paperwork
- Preparing affidavits as required
- Keeping abreast of local news and regulatory changes

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience for intermediate level; 3-5 years for senior level
- Comprehensive understanding of Canadian and provincial regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong skills in word processing and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Alberta Freehold and Crown Acquisition is preferred
- Experience with FNC submission and administration is advantageous
- Knowledge of P2 and CS Explorer is a plus

Employment Type:
Full-time position with a flexible schedule and 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid remote role, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.
