Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee our inventory management processes at G1 BUILDING SERVICES LTD.. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our logistics and inventory systems.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate specific strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory status.
  • Ensure the optimal functioning of computer systems and machinery.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggestions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Provide training to staff on their roles and company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Assign, review, and oversee work tasks.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
