Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Energy Care Services.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for supervising professional and support staff, administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, marketing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure the successful implementation of business development programs.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, including conducting comparative research on marketing strategies and advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including planning development projects, recruiting and hiring staff, and providing advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Salesforce, MS Outlook, and Adobe Dreamweaver.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
