Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team at Mayfair Lumber Sales Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality wood products, including pallets, boxes, and other custom items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels
  • Make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products
  • Record information on products inspected
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution
  • Reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports
  • Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards
  • Mark defective parts or products for repair
  • Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
