The role of a Property Management Specialist at RE/MAX City Realty involves overseeing the effective administration of residential properties. This permanent position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and is conducted in English.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in property management or related fields
Our specialists work within various settings, including:
- Property management firms

Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with lease agreements
- Draft and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects
- Monitor project progress and expenses for property owners
- Maintain comprehensive records of operating costs and revenues
- Generate detailed expense and income reports
- Respond promptly to client or tenant inquiries
Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals.
