Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
The position requires working in various locations, adapting to different work settings.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, measure, and mark surfaces designated for stone installation.
- Mix and apply adhesives such as mortar, cement, and mastic using hand tools.
- Carefully set tiles and stones in place, applying pressure to ensure proper adhesion.
- Align and straighten tiles for a flawless finish.
- Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove any excess material.
- Supervise and guide other workers as needed.
- Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite with precision.
- Estimate the costs and materials required for projects.
Candidates must be capable of handling heavy loads and performing tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling. Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
Work ConditionsThis is a permanent position with an expected work schedule of 32 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
