Job Summary

Evolve USA is a dynamic right of way acquisition company specializing in land acquisition and community engagement services. We proudly serve various industries across North America, including renewable energy, oil and gas, utilities, transportation, telecommunications, and general land access.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Surface Land Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support for the surface land team, handling third-party applications, and staying updated with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation.
  • Provide a range of professional administrative support for the surface land team.
  • Handle third-party applications related to surface land and right of way.
  • Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration.
  • Maintain and update processes related to surface land management.
Requirements
  • Surface land experience is preferred; however, we are willing to integrate and train the right candidate.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Detail orientated and focused with ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
  • Effective problem-solving capability with a strong focus on identifying and implementing practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients.
