Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Language Instructor to join our team at New Sight Development Co. Ltd. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction to students of various ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, supervise students during work sessions, and provide individualized support to ensure students meet their learning goals.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum materials, prepare teaching outlines, and evaluate student progress.
  • Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise teaching assistants, provide guidance and support to help them develop their instructional skills, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Student Support: Offer academic advising, provide guidance on program curricula and career decisions, and help students prepare for tests and evaluations.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare regular reports on student progress, conduct course and program evaluations, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in teaching, education, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
