About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Helper to join our team at Billard Le Skratch III. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation

Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.

Food Preparation

Assist in the preparation of food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.

Supply Management

Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Waste Management

Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.

General Maintenance

Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an asset, but not required.

Language

Fluency in English or French is required.

Work Hours

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
