About the Role

VLink Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, team player, and initiative.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position, working 37.5 to 44 hours per week, and proficiency in English.
