Product Management Vice President

Broadridge is seeking a highly skilled Product Management Vice President to lead the product management function for the ICS Canada Product Suite. As a key member of the ICS International management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the International strategy for client segments, including Bank, Broker, Dealer, Issuer, and Mutual Funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, identifying and addressing critical gaps
  • Lead the ongoing evaluation of market conditions to evaluate growth opportunities and strategies
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
  • Lead the identification and design of new products, including incorporation of client input/feedback
  • Help oversee product pricing, including refining existing models and developing new ones
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans, working with all departments to implement
  • Play a key role in helping evolve the Product Management organization
Requirements:
  • At least 7-10 years of Product Management/Business Development experience, ideally gained in leadership positions with growing responsibility
  • Experience with and an ability to navigate through working with Agile teams
  • Solid understanding of financial services is a plus
  • Consistent record to lead/collaborate in a matrix structure
  • Prior team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
