Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated associate to enhance our Banking and Financial Services team at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. In this role, you will represent prominent North American and international financial institutions and corporations across a wide array of finance-related transactions.
Key Qualifications
What qualifications are we looking for?
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in banking and financial services, preferably acquired at a reputable Canadian law firm.
- Experience in various financing transactions, including but not limited to domestic and international lending, bilateral and syndicated loans, asset-based financing, project finance, and securitization.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Exceptional communication, matter management, and writing abilities, along with meticulous attention to detail.
