- Experience moving through projects, shifting focus from small details to understanding the whole system and the relationship between them.
- Experience facilitating and leading co-design workshops.
- Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints or other visual representations of user needs.
- Experience working with Government.
- Service design experience on complex, technical projects that developed ways to manage large volumes of data.
- Experience of working in an agile, digital product-focused development environment with user experience teams, service designers and developers to iteratively create and improve digital products and services.
- Experience with related UX Design practices and skills, including journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and developing wireframes and prototypes.
- Experience working with personnel and product owners on an active basis to manage product backlogs and sprint activities.
- Experience coaching or mentoring technology professionals and business stakeholders on the Agile Methodology and SCRUM Framework, and related practices for product delivery.
- Understanding of modern software development patterns, tools and practices to support Agile team members.
- Experience on complex IT projects with multiple Agile teams and with frameworks, such as Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), and Scaled Agile (SAFe).
- Negotiable hourly rate.
- 1 year plus option years.
