About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at 905753 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as restock linens and towels in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
