  • Registration and Room Assignment: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on providing excellent service to guests and maintaining the integrity of hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
