Position Overview

Columbia Concrete Inc. is seeking a dedicated Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in various environments, including urban, commercial, and residential settings.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in concrete finishing
Work Environment
  • Conditions: Dusty, noisy, and outdoor work
  • Transportation: Own transportation required
Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete
  • Utilize power vibrators to ensure proper compaction of concrete
  • Level the top surface of concrete in accordance with specified grades and depths
  • Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools
  • Implement hardening and sealing components to effectively cure surfaces
  • Repair, resurface, and replace damaged or worn sections of concrete structures
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Capable of lifting heavy loads
  • Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Standing for extended periods
