Position Overview

Ferrovial Agroman SA is seeking a dedicated professional to support the management team in overseeing project-level monitoring, reporting, and adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The successful candidate will establish the HSEQ benchmarks, exemplify best practices, and act as a reliable collaborator to promote a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Job Safety Analysis Crew Meetings and conduct safety stand-down evaluations.
  • Perform site HSEQ inspections to verify compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assist in the formulation and revision of Project-specific HSEQ Plans and Job Hazard Analysis documentation.
  • Examine incidents and disseminate lessons learned to foster continuous improvement.
  • Provide emergency response assessment and first aid as necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Capability to influence and drive outcomes within a matrix reporting structure.
  • Effective communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of pertinent HSEQ standards.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in construction or general industry HSE.
  • Associate degree or progress towards a Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field.
  • Possession or pursuit of a professional HSE certification.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
  • Physical capability to traverse uneven terrain and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, bend, squat, climb, stand, and sit in various settings.
  • Must be equipped with and able to utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment with potential hazards.
