At Superway constructions Inc, we are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and surface finishing, with experience in preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted. They will also be responsible for repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to the desired color and texture, and applying wallpaper and other materials to walls. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, advising consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, and estimating costs and materials. Responsibilities:

* Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
* Repair cracks and holes
* Mix paint to desired color and texture
* Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
* Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
* Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
* Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
* Estimate costs and materials

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Permanent employment
* English as the primary language of work
* 35 hours per week
