About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning and executing menu items, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demand and ensure high-quality food products.
    • Estimate food requirements and requisition supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Kitchen Operations Management
    • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Hours
    • 32 hours per week
