About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Math Learning Centre Director to join our team at Mathnasium (ID: 8100401). As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of K-12th grade students by providing them with a world-class math education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Collaborate with the Centre Director to identify student needs and develop customized learning plans to ensure students achieve their full potential.
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Student Progress Management: Monitor and manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Customer Relationships and Sales Experience: Previous experience in customer relationships and sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Math Passion and Student Focus: A genuine passion for math and working with students is essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: The ability to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilities is critical to success in this role.
