JH 360 CLEANING is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records for cleaning services.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 44 hours per week.
