Job Title: Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through expert product knowledge and personalized relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to drive sales and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury beauty products and services
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and industry developments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
