Our Business Model
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
As a Retail Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously develop and empower your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Make decisions that impact store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
