Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our Eating Disorders Program team. You will provide essential services to transitional-aged outpatients (18 to 25 years) as part of a collaborative inter-professional team. Your clinical expertise will enable you to assess, plan, coordinate, and deliver treatment and support services to Clinic clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, couple, and/or family therapy as needed, drawing upon your experience in Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders and CBT-E.
  • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and utilize sound clinical judgment to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Serve as a liaison with community resources to facilitate client access to necessary support services.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited university, with specialized training and expertise in child and adolescent mental health.
