Plumber - Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain domestic hot and cold water systems, heating water systems, drainage systems, and hospital-related plumbing fixtures such as water-cooled patient care machinery, sterilizers, bed pan washers, macerators, etc.
  • Perform preventive maintenance programs to maintain all aforementioned equipment in good working condition.
  • Respond to Fire Alarms as part of the fire brigade.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory licensed Plumber.
  • Welders ticket preferred.
  • Gas ticket preferred.
  • (5) Years' experience in a maintenance environment preferred.
