Job Summary

Prairie General Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Structures: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.
  • Clean and Maintain Site: Clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and physical demands.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
