Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Team Kwatra Corporation. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management, including trend analysis and variance reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
