Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Fortress Security Guard Services.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the security equipment and machinery, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the security team's work areas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement training programs for security guards, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are in place and followed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a security leadership role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
