Job Title: Sales and Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Consultant will be responsible for supervising staff, training staff, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing digital databases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Act as a spokesperson for our organization, responding to inquiries from members of the business community.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, including customer relationship management systems.
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Or equivalent experience.
Work Setting

The Sales and Marketing Consultant will work in a retirement home setting, with a focus on promoting our products and services to seniors.
