Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Job Express Canada Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from identifying staffing requirements to coordinating selection and examination boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure business needs are met
    • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
    • Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure the best fit for the role
    • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • HR Administration
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
    • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including managers and employees
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
    • Personal Qualities
      • Accurate and detail-oriented
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Efficient interpersonal skills
      • Organized and reliable
