Operations Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 613734 Saskatchewan Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our logistics operations.
- Task Prioritization: Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks, maximizing productivity and minimizing delays.
- Task Organization: Organize and coordinate tasks to accomplish work efficiently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.
- Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
