Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Cost Control
Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers while controlling food costs and ensuring profitability.
Kitchen Operations ManagementSupervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Cleanliness and SafetyMaintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service by ensuring that food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours35 hours per week.
