About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Big Guys's Fried Chicken. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality equipment, materials, and services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our establishment.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, based on the requirements of our business.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Consult with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure effective procurement processes.
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
  • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week.
