Position Overview

The role of a Beverage Service Specialist at Symposium Cafe Restaurant & Lounge involves overseeing the bar operations and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of the bar area and proper washing of glassware.
  • Staff Management: Responsible for hiring and dismissing bar staff, as well as supervising food and beverage servers.
