Job Title: Information Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team at AviaPro Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of information systems policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the efficient use of resources and optimal performance of information systems.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of desktop applications, enterprise applications integration, networking hardware, networking security, and wireless networks, as well as proficiency in MS Project.
  • Specialization: Have expertise in system integration and a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the field.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, initiative, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude, with a strong sense of values and ethics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in information systems management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
