Canglow Windows and Doors Inc is seeking a skilled Glass Installation Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of glass products, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for installation.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve installation efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and report on installation progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in glass installation or a related field.
  • College or CEGEP education in a relevant field.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
Working Conditions:
  • Work will be performed on construction sites, which may involve working at heights and in outdoor environments.
