**Job Summary**

McNally Contractors is seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction and production activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Load, unload, and move construction materials around the worksite.
  • Remove large rocks and debris turned up by graders and other heavy equipment, ensuring all revealed rocks and debris are clear before equipment makes further passes.
  • Spread gravel and other construction materials for padding or setting concrete structures.
  • Shovel test holes by locating markers/flags and quarantine any exposed pipes. Mark test holes with stakes, paint, or ribbon.
  • Ensure the worksite is organized and free of clutter, rubble, and garbage.

**Work Environment/Conditions**

  • Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
  • Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Out-of-town work as required.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class 5 Operator's License; with clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Testing.
  • Pre-employment Fit for Work Testing.
  • Heavy Civil Construction or labor experience is an asset.
