Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our store staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Hiring and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our store inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
