Technician, Technology Transfer Specialist

As a key member of the Technology Transfer team at Pharmascience, the Technician, Technology Transfer supports the transfer of new pharmaceutical processes and products from development to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Technology Transfer Team:
- Develop and implement analysis and sampling plans.
- Coordinate sampling and blend uniformity testing.
- Assist with batch manufacturing and generate daily reports.
- Send samples for analysis and extract in-process and analytical data.
- Support the issuance of certificates of analysis and other reports.
- Collaborate on report writing and support documentation archiving.
- Provide training to new technicians and support cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/French (oral and written) with a focus on English documentation.
- Good understanding of GMP principles.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Conscientious and dynamic with a self-governed approach.
- Proficient in Windows environment and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of LIMS laboratory software is an asset.
