Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee financial analysis for multiple brands, reporting to the Sr. Financial Analyst. Key responsibilities include managing corporate accounting controls, preparing financial reports, and analyzing revenue and overhead data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review monthly financial revenue and overhead reports
  • Analyze and prepare revenue and overhead accruals
  • Maintain client compensation charts and review financial analysis to evaluate client performance
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for client revenues and overheads
  • Collaborate with internal auditors and Brand Directors to review results and forecasts
  • Perform various tasks assigned by the Sr. Financial Analyst

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA not required, but a plus)
  • 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience (media/advertising agency, PR firm, or related industry a strong asset)
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills required, including pivot table creation
  • SAP knowledge an advantage but not necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, able to multitask and work well under pressure
